Little America Lights

Right before we first started dating, Dustin and I went to The Little America Hotel and walked through their light display. Since then, we have tried to go back every year! Here is our trip there THIS year. We made some hot cocoa that one of my students gave me, bundled up, and headed to the lights!

December Snow Storms

I meant to post these pictures a while ago... but never got around to it!! :) So here are some pictures of our wonderful white Flagstaff wonderland in the winter time!!

Christmas Light Parade

After the Saturday night church service, Dustin and I caught the end of the annual Flagstaff light parade! We saw some cool floats with lots of cool lights! :)

Bell Rock Inn Getaway

Here are some pictures of the Bell Rock Inn both inside and out! It was really nice in our opinion!

Saturday morning we woke up to snow scattered red rocks which was BEAUTIFUL!!

Dustin and I went to Wildflower for breakfast and then we went to see Twilight in the Sedona Harkins 6 since it was snowy out! Lots of fun!

And here is our eat-in rib dinner that turned out AMAZING!! It is complete with asparagus and tabbouleh! And then we had Double Fudge Brownie ice cream for dessert! YUM!!

Thanksgiving!!

Our New Place AF (After Furniture)

So.... here it is!! Furnished and cozy as ever!!!

This is the outside of our triplex building! Here is our entry way complete with our wreath!

After you walk in the door, to the immediate right is the kitchen! As you can see, Baby RC is placed on the fridge so we can be thinking of and praying for him and his parents :)

To the left when you walk in is our living room! We fit the coach, love seat, and one side table. It turned out rather nicely! And it is right by our heater so it stays so toasty warm in here!

We found a way to fit our newer brown bookshelf in. It is straight ahead on the wall when you walk in the door. We haven't found the perfect place for the beautiful "E" for Evans from Ally yet! Still looking! :)

In the back corner of the house is our dining table which fits perfectly and we can sit normally at it comfortably!

Now moving on to our bedroom where we barely fit our bed and the two night stands.

In the corner of the bedroom we made a tiny little "home office" with our file cabinet and our printer.

Lastly, here is our washer/dryer and a picture of the bathroom! And yet again we have our brown curtain to keep the light out of the bedroom when one of us is getting ready while the other is still sleeping! It works pretty darn good! :)

Our New Place BF (Before Furniture)

This is what our new home looked like before we added any furniture! 

This is the bathroom! We are excited about the drawers to store things in and we actually have a medicine cabinet that opens! The washer and dryer will also be crammed into this bathroom next to the shower! It will be a tight fit but definitely workable!

This is the side angle of the kitchen! The fridge is bigger than our old one, we have a gas stove, and there is way more storage than the last place we were at. We do, however, have less counter space to work on! And we had to buy a cheap step stool so that I can reach things because the cabinets are all really high.

This is the bedroom! the paint color is a light green color that we really like! the bathroom is to the right when you walk in and there is a closet to the left that connects to the living room as well.

And now... for all of ours (especially Maci's) favorite part - THE OUTDOOR AREA!!!

And here is the stream that is mostly frozen now but runs in the spring and summer time and has little frogs and fish in it!
