There are so many FUN things to do around Christmas and our little town has some fun festive events that we look forward to each year! Here are just a few snapshots of some of the great memories that were made!
Little America Christmas Tree Lighting
There is a train ride, an orchestra and choir singing and playing Christmas songs, free cookies and apple cider, and then Santa appears.
Nutcracker Tea
This is a fundraiser for the program that Ember does dance with. This is our second year and we look forward to it as a fun time together with each other and friends. The girls learn a dance, we get a delicious lunch, and then they get to do 3 Nutcracker themed crafts.
Bearizona Winter Wonderland
This was our first time to this event - it is FREE when you have a season pass to Bearizona. We really enjoyed it. Lots of pretty lights and story time with Mrs. Claus.
Riordan Mansion Christmas Event
Complete with meeting Santa, crafts, feeding horses, sitting in a real sleigh, and cookies and apple cider.

The North Pole Experience
This was our second year doing this. It was fun to have the Kayser Family go on the same night as us! Such a well done activity!
Finally, Ember got to perform in the Nutcracker for the first time. She was only on stage for about 2 minutes but it was adorable. She was a Marzipan Sheep this year.
