Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Wednesday:

We headed down to PHX and enjoyed playing outside in the warm weather and catching up! That night Gma and Gpa were kind enough to watch Ember so that Dustin and I could go and watch "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." We LOVED it!

Thursday: Christmas Eve

We woke up and took it slow relaxing and taking care of business. Once Ember woke up from her first nap we headed over to T-Mobile where Dustin, Dad, and I got new phones for Christmas :)

Then we got some Starbucks to take home! YUM!! That night was the Christmas Eve service at Grace Covenant. We had LED battery operated candles for the last song.

After the service, we were blessed to have Jed, Alma, and Grandpa Flin over for a chili dinner. We had a very tasty pumpkin roll for dessert (thanks to Alma). After company headed home for the night, we opened our stockings - following the Flin family tradition!

FUN! Ember got some hair clips, some black jeggings, and her very own red hotwheels car. She was thrilled!

Santa Baby :)

Dustin was "forced" to finish off the last of the wine from dinner

Wednesday: Christmas Day

Christmas morning! Yeah! The day Jesus was born! :) We started off at the Flin's for some gifts and fun times!

Then we headed over to Ryan and Molly's house to meet the rest of the Evans family. The gifts were outrageous and very generous and the food was very tasty!

Dustin and his Tiki man from Jared and Hope's honeymoon trip to Maui

Mima and Ryan cutting the prime rib and making the Yorkshire Pudding

The red velvet bundt cake for dessert

Corbin and Ember both kindly took naps while the adults opened gifts so they had their own private gift session after dinner!

Then we headed back up to Flagstaff and got there a little before 10:30! We are so thankful to have so much family to spend the holidays with and already can't wait till next year! Love you all!

7th Annual Little America Trip

Yet again we took our yearly trip to the Little America Lights! It was fun with Ember old enough to "ooh" and "ahh" at the lights and run around some! Isn't her little hat and mittens adorable?!

Then after Little America, we went to one of Dustin's clients house who has a lot of lights synced to Christmas music. They did a VERY good job. They had a "mega tree" that made the show with pictures and different designs on it every song! Lots of fun around this time of year!

(Oh... and here are a few more pictures of Ember in her cute little snow get up playing right outside our condo!)

HAPT Christmas Party

Jim and Vicki Graves were kind enough to host the 4th Annual HAPT Employee Christmas Party at their house!! All the employees were able to make it and the food was GREAT! The theme of the food was after a restaurant in California called "Stacked". We had lettuce and many different toppings (including salmon, chicken, and pork.) For dessert we had shortbread cubes with pudding and berries to stack on top. It was a great night!

Womack Wedding Weekend

I was so excited to be asked to be a bridesmaid in my beautiful friend -  Alli Hughes' wedding! Ember, Maci, and I drove down to PHX on Wednesday to take part in the Wedding festivities.

We started off with a Jazzercise! It was really a great workout!

On Thursday, 15 ladies went to get pedicures and then we went out to dinner to celebrate Alli's upcoming wedding!

I was honored to sit next to Alli during the pedicure

Friday morning Gma Flin, Ember, and I joined the Mews clan and went to the Butterfly Wonderland! It was very enjoyable!

One landed on Ember's hand!

It was so great to get too spend so much time with college buddies and our kids too! Congrats to Alli and Byron Womack! I am so glad I was able to be apart of your marriage!!

(Thanks Gma & Gpa Flin for all the babysitting of baby girl! I would not have been able to attend and enjoy all the events without your help!)
